LATCH: A Journal for the Study of the Literary Artifact in Theory, Culture, or History is an academic annual journal publishing scholarly writing that examines how texts both shape and are shaped by the material and ideological currents of their own time. Since texts cannot stand above the constraints and influences of their socio-historical settings, explorations of how and where the nonliterary invades, supports, or illuminates the literary can only enrich the ongoing study of the intertextuality of literature.

    1. Hello Dr. Abdoulaye–Thanks for reaching out. I’m in the process of revamping the format and submissions page for authors, and expect to have it up by the end of the week. You may check back here or email me directly at marcatt [at] and I’ll be happy to pass them along to you. Best, RMM
